Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

Party bookings, including private parties and events, are by advanced reservations ONLY and are subject to availability. 10 days notice is required for all bookings. If you are requesting a booking with less than 10 days notice, please call us at 623-440-6333.

Please note the maximum number of guests allowed for each party type including children and adults.

Birthday Party: 26 total guests including children and adults

Private PLAY Birthday Party: seating for 35 guests including children and adults; if you are ok with not everyone being seated at the same time, 70 total guests including children and adults

All party reservations must adhere to the scheduled time. Reservations include 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes to pack up. Schedule additional time as an add-on, subject to availability. If your party exceeds the scheduled time, you will be charged up to $100 per 15 minutes.

Waivers must be completed for each guest (children and adults).

PLAYzona is a Caregiver-Supervised Facility. Parents/Guardians/Caregivers are responsible for their children at all times.

PLAYzona is a socks only facility. Grip socks are required for all children and recommended for all adults. Socks are available for sale at $5 per pair. If you are interested in bulk pricing for your party guests, please contact PLAYzona at 623-440-6333.

PLAYzona is a Nut-Aware Facility. We do not carry any items with nuts; however, we cannot guarantee that all items have been made in a nut-free facility.

PLAYzona will provide tables and chairs. Guests are encouraged to bring in their own decorations, balloons, and table cloths. Pinatas and confetti are not allowed. Any damage that requires repair to PLAYzona will be subject to a damage fee.

Alcohol, smoking, and drugs are prohibited.

Any type of verbal abuse, physical contact, or harassment towards PLAYzona guests or employees will not be tolerated. PLAYzona reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
